Wasps to Face Tough Test Against Mohawks

HULL Wasps travel to the north east today looking to bounce back against Tees Valley Mohawks. The Mohawks have had a good recent run of results over the past few weeks and will provide a stern test for play-off chasers Wasps.

“It will be a different side to the one we played at the beginning of the season” said player-coach John Brignell.

“We comprehensively beat them in the Shield but it was a closer game at home in the League. They have had some very tight results the past few weeks and only lost by one point to the Heat so we know we go there with a lot of work to do.”

Wasps travel to the University of Teeside with almost a full squad and welcome the return of centre James Rayner who returns after almost 2 months out of the game with illness.

The game tips-off at 4pm.
