WASPS GO ALL OUT ON SORRY SEAHAWKS

13/07/2009 00:58

The Hull Wasps built upon their recent success over Tees Valley at the end of June with a resounding 104-41 victory over fellow Yorkshire club, Scarborough Seahawks to retain the Derby Cup for 2009.

The game opened up early on and the Wasps never looked back wanting to keep up the good spirit within the camp and prepare for the pre-season fixtures in August before the big "tip-off" in late September.

It was the first time that the Wasps were able to showcase 3 of their new signings for the upcoming campaign; Guards Miles Anderson and Kamil Palawski along with 6' 10" centre Michel Kucmierczyk.

A Game Report will follow here shortly.
