Hull Wasps will be looking to put the news of Matthew Fawcett's season ending injury behind them as they look to move forward against the visiting Bury Blue Devils.

The Wasps are coming into the game after grabbing a road victory last week against the Wirral hornets and are high on confidence as they look to finish 2008 with a win at home on Saturday evening. The Wasps should be at full strength at the weekend and are excited about a tie against Bury Blue Devils who beat the Wasps in the first game of the season 86-73.

Bury Blue Devils enter saturdays game after winning their last game 103-60 against Reddish Rebels and are a team that are very much in form as they look to come into the Gemtec Arena and complete the double against the Wasps this season.

Angelo Irving is to make his Hull Wasps debut this weekend, an addition Assistant Player-Coach, Matthew Fawcett, thinks will only add to the teams ability. "Angelo is a very talented player and will bring a mixture of experience and energy to the team at the weekend. Irving has been working hard in training and im excited to see what he brings to the team's performance this weekend."
